Affilate Marketing & Advertisement Disclaimer

All services, businesses, products, etc. I post and promote on this page are recommendations.**

This blog is solely operated by me, I write and edit the content completely myself, I also own the pictures (though not those of products, on the page, those belong to the websites I link.)

I may accept and keep donations from friends, family, and fans, as well as cash advertisements and sponsorships.

My posts may contain affiliate links for your convenience. By clicking these links, you’re also supporting Jenny with the Recs, with no extra cost to you.

I promise to always stay true to myself and to you, and if I promote a service, business, product, etc. it is because I also believe in the product and it has positively impacted my life, regardless of potential sponsorship/ affiliate links.

Most of my content is non-sponsored (esp when it comes to small businesses), but any posts containing a sponsorship, will be clearly labeled as so, to maintain my brand’s authenticity.

Medical Disclaimer

Yes, I am a Registered Nurse, licensed in NC, public information attainable through the NCBON.

I know about western medicine practices through my experience of bedside nursing, specifically my experience on the front lines during the heights of the COVID-19 pandemic, and my multiple travel nurse contracts I have worked.

I also know plenty about holistic and naturopathic medicine, due to independent exploration through podcasts, the internet, books, etc. If there’s a natural remedy that works, I am always going to choose that option 10/10 times, as that’s what I truly believe in, preventing chronic illness and hospitalizations.

With my experience, I am still not giving you medical advice, as that is out of my scope of practice as an RN.

So, I suggest that you talk to your Doctor or Advanced Practicing Provider (NP/PA)– one that you really trust and takes their time with you to really investigate your symptoms and take you seriously. Function medicine doctors are a great way to go, if you can afford to do so.

Healthcare is not a one size fits all, so please take that into consideration when reading my recs, because I am suggesting what works for me.

Please see my above disclosure when it comes to affiliate links, again only coming from a place of what has worked for me & I am hoping works for you too.

I cannot be responsible for any possible negative side effects or adverse reactions you may experience consuming any product promoted on my page—food, beverage, supplements, products, etc.
