Ahh San Francisco, a city I didn’t realize I needed in my life. Some people may feel differently, but I am obsessedd with the vibe of SF <3. I’m not going to lie, I took this trip to see a few friends of mine, Jess & Lex, & I didn’t have intentions of writing this blog post, so I don’t have a ton of content, but I still managed to see & do a lot of fun, iconic things… sooo here they are!

On day one, I met up with Jess first & we just went out in her neighborhood area, Nob Hill. We went into a few shops, my favorite being Moody Goose, a thrift store where I bought my I <3 SF baby tee made by a local designer, Fruit Face. And then we grabbed cocktails at the Peacekeeper, a gorgeous little bar with fantastic lighting, décor & dranks.
Then we met up with Lex & grabbed cocktails in the Hayes Valley area at Anina. When I go back, I intend to spend more time in this trendy area– all the bars & restaurants are so cute. We headed down to Off the Grid in Fort Mason, because on Fridays they have live music & food trucks. We also got beers at Radhaus and saw the sunset over the Golden Gate. Afterwards we went OUT in the Mission District, an area with a ton of bars with all different vibes.

Saturday we were feeling the effects of going out on Friday, but we sucked up our headaches and headed out to Napa Valley. We were lucky & Lex’s bf stayed sober to drive us out there, which is unfortunately the most logical way to get out from SF in a small group (I was hoping we could find a bus or something). We made a reservation at Charles Krug Winery for a tasting, which was a blast mostly due to out sommelier, Rico! The wines here were so good—the sav blanc was the best I’ve had, so recommend going here.
We went V. Sattui Winery, which also has the cutest market in it with delicious salads, sandwiches, cheese, etc. We sat out on the lawn to eat, drink wine and play cards. We had another tasting scheduled somewhere else, but cancelled because we were having such a good time here—highly recommend for your lunch in between wineries.
Sunday we spent the afternoon on Fillmore street, which is filled with amazinggg shopping & restaurants, so go here if you’re in the mood to spend some $$. We ate lunch at Palmers & got cocktails at Noosh.
Then we went to see the Painted Ladies at sunset so I could get a cutesy pic.
For dinner we went out to China Live in Chinatown and went in on some Dim Sum, noodles, & lychee martinis—SO good!!
I can’t wait to go back to visit so I can add to my recommendations <3
