MIIAAAAMIIII LET’S GOOOO *fire emojis* I LOVE MIAMI!!! I love an excuse to dress up in club attire and hit the town with your bestie girlfriends—and that’s exactly what we did in Miami!! This was my first time in Miami, and I wouldn’t trade anything about our itinerary!
Day one we got into our Airbnb around 3pm– we stayed at the Firefly, the cutest villa in the arts district in South Beach. It was brand new when we went, so we got a good deal, but it is really fabulous, adorable, & felt safe! If you can, pay the extra money and stay in South Beach!! It’s so worth it & you will end up saving a lot in Ubers.
For dinner, we actually didn’t plan for, but looked up places & decided to Uber to Serena Rooftop in the Moxy hotel & we ended up getting in without a wait, but it was still very busy. This hip rooftop bar makes you feel like you’re in Miami—in all the right ways. It’s a small, intimate, crafty rooftop bar and restaurant with fire food and cocktails, while also having a DJ booth & serving their rounds of shots to the table with sparklers. I mean this place isn’t exactly cheap, but also it isn’t terrible in price when it comes down to the quality, service, and atmosphere of this place. Highly recommend!!
We were just walking down the street to see what we wanted to do next, and a promoter came up to us on the street and invited us to Mr. Purple.
OKAY Y’ALL some of you are gonna roll your eyes at me, but I really didn’t know that once you have your promotor for a club, you (well, girls) get into clubs for free, get a booth for free, & drank for free!! I couldn’t get over it. I mean it sounds bad, but I thought you got in for free and had to be invited into the booths by men and stuff, but we luckily we didn’t have to stand around w icky men in order to drink for free, we just hung w other girls the promotors brought around. We got lucky though. So anyways we chilled there & then called it a night.
All of this to say, using promotors is pretty essential to have an experience like this. So, I recommend reaching out to people you know who have used promotors in Miami and get those promotors instagrams to DM them & ya know be safe about it girlies!! ♥

Day two we had already made a reservation at the Confidante Hotel for a day bed, which is technically two large chairs fused together, and only meant for two people, but they let us sit there with the three of us. The super nice thing about the Confidante is that the reservation fee for the bed all goes to a food and drink tab. So, I think we paid $125 split 3 ways, but we got a few rounds of drinks and food options, while getting to enjoy the pool and beach access.
This was the best bang for your buck place, because most pool chair rentals/daybeds make you pay up to $250+ just for the space & you have to pay for food and drink completely separately. Next time, I would go ahead & reserve a cabana– those were really amazing and start at $250 (& trust me you’ll be able to use that easily)!! We booked through this ResortPass link.
At night we ate dinner at Chotto Matte—a boujee Japanese & Peruvian restaurant & OH EM GEE ya gotta go!! This place is fabulous— with their high ceilings, jungle vibe & dark ambiance. It’s the perfect vibe to eat a 5-star meal while getting hype to head out after.
That night we went to Story through another promotor, which was a blast! We got in and got to sit in the second story booths, listen to Chris Lake, and drink again, fo freeee.
Day three, oh day three.♥ We started by going out to our brunch reservation at Limonada, which we could walk to from our Airbnb. They were able to sit us outside on the backside pool patio & again, a freakinggg blast! The food and drinks were very good, they have bottomless mimosas & bellinis for $35—hellllo, but my favorite part was the entertainment—it was a straight party brunch. Every hour they came out with dancers, bubble guns, & shots in squirt guns. It was a great vibe to keep us in the party mood on our last day.
That night we wanted a break from the club experience, so we headed to the Bodega Taqueria y Tequila for espresso martinis, because they have a sweet speakeasy in the back of the restaurant, behind what looks like a porta potty door— may sound gross, but it’s dope!! Their espresso martini is so good & so strong—ya heard it here first, from the girl that one too many! Any whoooo, the tacos here are also amazing, but eat before going into the speak easy lol. Either way, this place is a complete gem & you should check it out!Â
I’d honestly run all of this back next time I go 🙂
